Léa enjoys combining different datasets (radar, radiometry, IR spectra and imagery, topography…) to study planetary surfaces. Her PhD focused on examining Saturn’s icy moons Rhea and Iapetus using microwave radiometry, both from the Cassini Radar/radiometry and from ground-based radiotelescopes. Léa is now examining the Cassini data and using dune morphodynamics and wind models to improve our understanding of Titan’s dune fields, especially near the Dragonfly landing site.
